Atlassian Jira Assets -> DataGerry

Hi,

Has anybody an idea how i can migrate an Atlassian Jira Assets Schema (2700 objecttypes + relations) like TOGAF Framework to DataGerry.

Has someone an Connector for that?

Thx

Hi,

interesting use case – especially with that size and complexity (TOGAF + relations).

There’s no ready-made connector specifically for migrating Jira Assets schemas to DataGerry. However, this can usually be handled quite well via an integration layer.

You might want to take a look at OpenCelium:

  • In the DataGerry Cloud version, OpenCelium is already integrated
  • There are already connectors available for several Jira variants (e.g. Jira Service Management / Assets / Insight), which can help as a starting point
  • For on-premise DataGerry setups, OpenCelium would need to be subscribed and deployed separately (see OpenCelium)

With this approach, you can map object types, attributes, and relations between Jira and DataGerry in a structured way.

Out of curiosity: are you using DataGerry Cloud or on-prem?

Also, if you need support, this is something we can help with – especially for defining mappings and handling more complex structures like TOGAF.

Happy to share more details :slightly_smiling_face:
