I try to use Docapi for exports. While configuring a new template the wizard asks for a “template type”. Is it possible to create new template types? Because it shows one preconfigured but it doesnt match my requirements.

at the current state of development only the preconfigured template type is possible.
Can you tell us more about what your requirements for templates are ?

I use Datagerry for handling IT-Documentations. So i was looking for an option to export a customer with all his data. I configured a Objecttype for customer and objecttypes for the hard and software. I settet a reference on every type to the customer. Now it would be great to export a report in a recursive way - customer is the root and it automaticly exports all linked objects.

the Feature-Request with recursive exports is added to our Backlog but at the moment the team is focused on preparing the release of the next version. Your Feature-Request will be discussed when the next set of features is planned.
