Hello @Bas,
there is an option to prohibit users from accessing certain dashboards based on access controls. This means that users cannot see objects of certain types. See the documentation.
https://docs.datagerry.com/latest/admin_guide/framework.html?highlight=acl#access-control
Maybe this is what you are looking for.

Hi Sergej,
I was able to limit the visibility of objects to users but I would like to show items according a self defined status.
For example, I have devices that require installation at a location.
These items have a status: “in use”, “in stock”, “defective”, etc…
The devices are installed by an operator.
The operator is interested in items with status “in stock”.
Is it possible to provide the operator with a view that only consists of items with the status “in stock”?
Regards,
Bas
Hello @Bas,
currently, different dashboard settings are not possible in DATAGERRY.
You can configure different table representations in the object overview.
See figure:
Hi Sergej,
Thanks for the support!
If I could filter the devices in this list this would be great.
But I there is no option to filter these. Correct?
Regards,
Bas
Correct. No filtering is possible in the dashboard.
