Extendable_options : hidden limitation?

hi,
we are experiencing a very strange behavior with exentable_options of Threats et Vulnerabilities of ISMS component.
To make it simple, it seems that dg frontend is only able to manage up to 10 values, while every thing seems to be ok via API and in the database.
in the code it looks like the hard code value of 10 results per page and no pagination implementation male the display of values not working properly.
is someone can confirm ?
this could be a hard stop regarding the way we manage our risk analysis…
